Job Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced application infrastructure technical lead who is familiar with the latest web application infrastructure design. In this position, you will be responsible for rolling out a new identity platform in Agilent. You will work with other technical leads, product company, and system integration to design, configure, and roll-out new capabilities. You will establish a set of integration and identity best practice principles and standards. This role offers an excellent opportunity to make a real impact and help shape Agilent's digital integration and identity solutions.

What you'll do:

Work with product managers, on-site and offshore development teams to design, develop, test and implement Agilent's identity manager technology using an iterative and agile development methodology.
Work closely with other teams to configure and build out identity and access requirements
Ability to collaborate with team members in a fast-paced environment.
Research and adopt new technologies
Write and review technical frontend designs
Project estimation of design, prototyping, and production development support
Work closely with the developer manager and back-end teams to architect and integrate with IAM solution
Review requirements and design specifications
Installation, configuration, and implementation of IAM products and security risk mitigation
Design and develop access management policies and workflows
Anticipate security requirements and identify sound security controls for applications, systems, processes and organizations.
Managing IAM solution deployments through complete system development life-cycle, including analysis of solution requirements, solution design, architecture and supporting business processes, configuring and customizing IAM software products, and testing (unit, system integration, performance and UAT testing).
Basic Requirements:

2+ years of experience with identity access management (IAM) applications -- i.e. Okta, SailPoint, Ping Identity, etc.
Understanding of technologies such as Azure AD, IDaaS, SAML, Single Sign-on (SSO), OAuth, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
Previous/current experience working with SaaS tools.
Familiarity with identity and access models, tools, and reporting methods.
Ability to rapidly iterate through prototypes
Have existing knowledge of Java programming and rapid prototyping technologies
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with API Gateway and microservices architectures

Additional Preferred Skills:

Strong time management skills and the ability to be self-directed when needed
Strong interpersonal and communications skills to build/ maintain ongoing business relationships
Strong technical lead skill to oversee and provide guidance to a small team of frontend developers
JavaScript experience and familiarity with various frameworks, including Ajax/JSON and gesture/touch-based
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as git
