What we are looking for?
The CONSULTANT will be responsible for working closely with members of the user community and SMEs to capture, refine, validate, and communicate, in clear and concise language, the requirements of business systems. The consultant must be adept at working collaboratively with the general user community and project teams. The consultant must have recent experience with configuring PeopleSoft Finance or Human Capital Management modules in version 9.2.
Collaborate with customers to gather information, define complex work problems, and designs a system and procedures to resolve problems.
Lead functional analysis to document complex process steps, tasks and their interrelationships.
Communicate with both SMEs and members of the development staff. Translates SME information into a form understandable by the development team.
Facilitate requirements gathering and documentation efforts, specifically in the specified areas.
Analyse customizations and facilitate fit/gap analysis.
Document and refine functional requirements to include: prioritization, elimination and consolidation.
Document requirements for internal and external interfaces, reporting, workflow and security for procurement business processes.
Document functional Use Test Cases and scripts.
Identifies, documents and escalates risks and issues.
Develops, coordinates and implements plans to test business and functional processes during system
Development and quality assurance testing.
Develops training documentation and user aids and conduct workshops to train the users.
Adhere to expectations and timeline for deliverables.
