LeapFrog is partnering with a client's Digital Team to help build out their test automation framework following BDD practices using Cucumber and Gherkin. The partnership will also consist of providing thought leadership in this space, suggesting techniques and approaches that will be most effective. There will be additional information to share when we connect on the phone.The team is almost entirely in-place but we need one more QA Engineer with solid functional testing experience within an Agile environment, and overall QA best practices. While open-source automation experience is not required, this person will be expected to pick this experience up in the coming months and have it be 30-50% of their role.

Interview process

Phone screen with Recruiting team member, followed by a meeting with members of our team in Boston office OR Skype/phone with President, Chief Digital Officer, or one of our Practice Leads to do deeper dive on technical skills and learn more about the work our teams are doing. Being a salaried firm, meeting in-person is greatly preferred, as we want to make sure you are comfortable and excited about joining LeapFrog, just as much as we need to make sure you're a fit for our culture.
