Experience building integrations across WFM, CRM, Unified Communications, and contact centers
Working knowledge of popular communications protocols and APIs such as WebRTC and SIP
Experience in IVR and Workflow designing.
Experience in AWS AI services (AWS Lex, Comprehend, Transliterate, Translate)
Experience in AWS services S3, Kinesis.
Hands-on experience building complex solutions, ideally SaaS in the cloud
Direct experience implementing AWS services.
Working knowledge of DynamoDB or Aurora
Experience of AWS monitoring and logging tools (AWS Cloudwatch, Cloud trail, Config)
Understanding of Application, server, and/or network security in AWS.
