Major roles and responsibilities:
Understanding customer's business requirements and conceptualizing solutions using innovative business processes as well as technology to satisfy those requirements.
Propose, Question, Refine and add value to customers business processes.
Understand the capabilities, value propositions of the current technical/services portfolio, future roadmap and the resulting Consulting Services opportunities
Develop scenario-based business value propositions and differentiated offers with the relevant content and story architectures for various industries.
Engage deeply with the field sales and engineering teams to understand where we are winning (or more importantly losing) & adapt the solutions portfolio.
Stay current with emerging technologies, industry challenges and opportunities to understand market trends, competitive forces, & suggest relevant solution augmentations periodically.
Communicate the relevance and positioning of the solutions with global sales teams to help them understand how to use the content while having sales conversations
Facilitate executive management brainstorming workshops to help prospects/clients reimagine the future of their business leveraging the power of Google Cloud and other emerging tech.
Drive initiatives as Business Process Improvement, Performance Management, Project Management, and Business Continuity plans, Process and applications governance across all teams within the department.
Demonstrate thought leadership and a keen sense of ownership in managing engagements.
Conduct regular reviews with various stakeholders at client organization.
Develop and strengthen relationships with customer stakeholders at multiple levels.
Be a one point touch point for all client stakeholders including client account managers as well as an internal touch point for the business process managers and IT managers at various offices.
Develop relationships with key stakeholders at the client organization and maintain an effective communication channel with them.
Create and live by the image of a trustworthy & a highly reliable shared services partner at the client workplace.
Drive organizational visibility about the improvements & benefits being achieved.
Ensure quality and a continued delivery of impeccable service.
Business Process Improvement
Gather understanding from multiple sources at client organization to identify improvement opportunities.
Leverage out-of-the-box thinking & explore creative avenues to improve processes.
Demonstrate phenomenal improvements in shared services delivery.
Implement business process re-engineering initiatives to deliver tangible improvement in service delivery.
Demonstrate the realized improvement to customer stakeholders by way of shared services reports, Business review presentations and dashboards.
Improve overall business outcomes for Searce and Customers by ensuring true Customer Delight.

Educational background is not as important as strong analytical and problem solving aptitude with excellent & proven communication skills (verbal and written)
Young, dynamic and an analytical mind
Strong interpersonal skills - Ability to develop relationships with executives and coordinate communication with the processing team analysts located in multiple geographies.
