IT service delivery leader with significant global engagement experience to lead and influence Delta's transformation to a cutting edge global delivery model.
Leverage experience in global delivery to guide and support IT's transition to optimal onshore/offshore sourcing models including transition from staff augmentation to more structured delivery partnerships
Translate leadership vision for global IT delivery into executable programs with tangible results
Provide leader level support for all aspects of IT Global Delivery, from strategy, design, RFP and vendor selection, transition, vendor governance, performance management and value creation
Institutionalize governance routines including Quarterly Business Review (QBRs), metrics, and process improvements within the portfolios to elevate the maturity levels of engagement with partners
Mentor and coach high performance application teams in transition to managed service delivery
Demonstrate strong teamwork and interpersonal skills to all levels of organization
Sustain and grow accounts & relationships at senior client leadership level
Work effectively across multiple Global Delivery Partners, Delta projects, and technology areas to ensure successful delivery, and to troubleshoot partner delivery issues and implement corrective solutions
Engage with the partners in understanding their organizational capabilities and their innovation investment commitments and proactively identify opportunities to leverage them for the benefit of the IT business
Keep abreast of industry trends through benchmarking, participation in professional associations etc. in order to advise others of optimal sourcing opportunities

Proven experience in onsite-offshore delivery models
Experience managing partner engagements involving Application Development, Application Support, and Testing
Experience in customer relationship management
Deep "hands on" knowledge across all phases of SDLC using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Strong solutioning experience on Project / Delivery execution models and Engagement models.
Highly adaptable, a driver of change, and capable of quickly rallying teams
Strong leadership and negotiation skills, we want you to develop and nurture relationships quickly despite obstacles
15-20 years of IT experience with global corporations.
Expertise in business and IT process relevant to airline industry
Willingness to travel as needed to support the business
Experience working with diverse teams located across various countries
Strong leader with even stronger communication and negotiation abilities
Willingness to ask for new responsibilities adding value to the overall business objectives
