The Helpdesk Support Specialist serves as the onsite support for the call center. They will work with the end-users and the Infrastructure Support Team. They will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of stand office hardware and software, including all employee workstations, printers, fax machines, etc. They will serve as the Local Network Administrator and as the primary contact for IT equipment vendors.
