In this role, we will rely on you as key resource in securing our infrastructure. This role has become ever more critical as our organization grows globally and we pursue cloud solutions that complement those we host. In our collaborative team, you’ll have opportunities to work with departments such as Cyber Threat Center, Automation Center of Excellence, Content Delivery, and all other areas of security and infrastructure. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Primary support and central point of contact for next-generation perimeter security devices.
Responsible for up-time, reliability, stability and policy maintenance of supported systems.
Produces and maintains documentation.
Development and maintenance of departmental metrics and reporting.
May function as team lead, providing technical leadership to the team.
Monitors application, including setting alerts to maintain the stability of the environment and application, monitoring error logs, and automating administration tasks wherever possible.
Serves as key person in troubleshooting system problems, taking ownership of problems to resolution.
Maintains current description and documentation of policy configuration, including tracking and documenting any changes to policies.
Analyzes performance trends to optimize system performance.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

Experience and Skills:
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree MIS, Computer Sciences or related degree and three (3) years of relevant experience or a combination of education, training and experience.
Strong networking background required, ideally in a Cisco environment.
Knowledge of the following highly preferred:
Siteminder experience.
CISSP certification.
Palo Alto experience
Experience in Project Management, Enterprise Implementation, Systems Administration, Monitoring Applications, working with vendors, and Process Improvement methodologies.
May work a non-standard shift including nights and/or weekends and/or have on-call responsibilities.
Licenses/Certifications:
CISSP certification – Preferred
