Job Description:

System Engineer specializing in System Integration.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for defining and developing system-level ($50 - $200M) integration plans that integrate custom hardware/software/mechanical solutions.
Responsible for developing hardware/software integration plans that ensures that subsystems function together end-to-end.
Leads multi-discipline integration teams consisting of software, electrical, optical, RF, mechanical and test engineers.
Bring a total systems perspective to the job by developing, documenting and executing design specifications, analysis, trade studies, transition plans, installation plans, interface control documents, compatibility of physical and functional interfaces and first article product integration.
Define cost / schedule / technical integration plans.
With no direction, provides expert support, analysis, and research into exceptionally complex problems and processes relating to the subject matter.
Identifies, documents, tracks and evaluates test problem reports and test anomalies.
Lead integration/test working groups, test readiness reviews and formal system verification of the system requirements and final test reports.
Investigates and implements solutions to product, process or test problems.
Implements subsystem and system level hardware and/or software test programs, test plans, test specifications, and test procedures, for developmental, qualification, and customer acceptance testing.
Defines tailoring and deploying system integration processes, tools, metrics and DEVOPS implementation.
Qualifications:

9+ years of experience with Bachelors' Degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, IT or Telecommunications (or equivalent).
Minimum of 9+ years of Systems Eningeering experience required.
Active TS/SCI or TS/SSBI security clearance required.
Preferred Skills:

Technical understanding of sponsor products, partnership, dependencies and capabilities.
Clear and concise communication skills to support monthly customer and management briefings.
9+ years of applicable integration and test experience preferred.
Environmental qualification and first article testing, test planning and execution skills.
Knowledge in Telco/Cellular products (GSM, CDMA, UMTS, LTE, etc.,).
Requirements Verification Test Matrix (RVTM).
Author test documents (test plans, procedures and reports).
Software life-cycle development.
DevOps/Continuous Integration/Agile.
Experience in Model Based System Engineering (MBSE) tools such as MagicDraw or Rhapsody.
Requirements management using DOORS.
Support design reviews.
VMware, TCP/IP, Putty, Python scripting.
Windows, Unix/Linux shell scripts.
MIL-STD testing.
Security Clearances:

This position requires an active TS/SCI or TS/SSBI Security Clearance. Security clearances may only be granted to U.S. citizens.
