LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS
Microsoft MCP (preferred)
This individual performs advanced troubleshooting at the application level. Using his/her domain knowledge and relevant expertise, he/she will identify the area of fault (code, environment, or configuration) and guide the appropriate team in constructing and implementing the fix. The specialist is individually responsible for delivering technical diagnosis and solution prescription within his/her specific technology expertise and assigned applications. At least 5 years of extensive knowledge and experience in development and/or application based troubleshooting.
Providing product knowledge support to include: Product documentation analytics & reporting, Version support enherance, Interact with, and provide product education to various support teams (L1-L3 support)
Build and Manage Advance System Monitoring and working with content owners that impact system performance
Supporting end-user help desk to resolve issues and global support for technical installation packages and coordination of technical activities
Managing platforms to adhere to solutions architecture standards, delivery support to provide guidance to project teams including setup, configuration, maintenance, testing new releases, managing capacity plan and business continuity processes, collaborating with global teams to combine management and oversight of all local instances under single platform management team
Vendor technical escalations and ongoing operational relationship management and publish and maintain technical / best practice documentation
Work independently to evaluate and support strategic decisions that will address specific technology design needs and issues within their technology area
Collaborating with Solution Architects and Developers to provide technical design guidance to align with strategy and applicable technical standards
Collaborating across territories, functions and disciplines to influence sphere of technology in use of innovation and incorporate into architectural design including participating in application solutions including; planning and architectural design, development, resolution of technical issues, and application rationalization
Learning rapidly and building relationships to achieve objectives including take advantage of new technologies, concepts and business models, demonstrate a history of staying current in emerging technology trends
Engage with business stakeholders across PwC territories to understand territory requirements and expectations for operations
Work closely with data platform service managers to ensure each territory service desk is prepared to support each release.
Collect new feature requests coming from various territories via the service desk and sharing with Product Management Team
Triage any incidents that make it to the project team by developing remediation plans with product owners and development leads and communicating with the end user
Contribute to the development of the team’s technical, business, and global acumen
Train, coach, and supervise staff and increase staff knowledge/skills to support future growth
Continue to develop internal relationships and your PwC brand.
Participating in internal and external audits
Identification of trends and escalate issues to the appropriate contacts

Ability to address end users and communicate their issues back to the project’s product and development team
