Obsidian is looking for a full-stack .NET developer to develop and implement MVC-based, responsive
web and mobile applications for desktop, tablet, or mobile platforms. All candidates must be a U.S. citizen
and obtain a Public Trust clearance. Work must be performed onsite.
3-5 years of work experience in development using Microsoft .NET framework
Good understanding of iOS and Android platforms using both native coding strategies (iOS
SWIFT or objective C), .Net XAMARIN etc.
Experience sustaining and maintaining mobile applications which depend on Web service
integration (REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML)
Deep understanding and working knowledge of the MVC framework
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming
Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio and the Entity Framework
Agile methodology (SCRUM or Kanban) and leading the implementation of Agile best practices
Writing SQL queries (for Oracle or SQL Server)
Understanding WCF Service/Web Service deployment process
Understanding of testing tools and unit testing, integration test scripting, and testing
Good verbal and written communication skills
Experience with Team Foundation Server (TFS) and continuous integration
Experience with the Telerik Kendo UI component library
Development experience supporting a federal customer
