.Net Developer

Obsidian is looking for a full-stack .NET developer to develop and implement MVC-based, responsive
web and mobile applications for desktop, tablet, or mobile platforms. All candidates must be a U.S. citizen
and obtain a Public Trust clearance. Work must be performed onsite.
Required Skills
 3-5 years of work experience in development using Microsoft .NET framework
 Good understanding of iOS and Android platforms using both native coding strategies (iOS
SWIFT or objective C), .Net XAMARIN etc.
 Experience sustaining and maintaining mobile applications which depend on Web service
integration (REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML)
 Deep understanding and working knowledge of the MVC framework
 Strong understanding of object-oriented programming
 Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio and the Entity Framework
 Experience with front-end languages and technologies such as Javascript
 Agile methodology (SCRUM or Kanban) and leading the implementation of Agile best practices
 Writing SQL queries (for Oracle or SQL Server)
 Understanding WCF Service/Web Service deployment process
 Understanding of testing tools and unit testing, integration test scripting, and testing
 Good verbal and written communication skills
Desired Skills
 Experience with Team Foundation Server (TFS) and continuous integration
 Experience with the Telerik Kendo UI component library
 Development experience supporting a federal customer
