The .Net Developer will define the architecture and the goals of MB&W’s development team. They will assist with the development, support and maintenance tasks as well as mentorship of junior developers.
Essential Job Functions:
Develop and maintain in-house databases specifically designed for MB&W.
Provide support and troubleshooting of applications post-development.
Work with business to gather requirements and turn those requirements into a function specification/ design.
Mentor junior and specialist programmer analysts.

Microsoft SQL Server
Stored procedures, jobs, and triggers
Enterprise application support
Collections and Accounts Receivable industry knowledge
ISO 270001/ SOC II
Ability to effectively communicate using written and oral English language.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Ability to take ownership of the tasks assigned and be accountable for the task assigned.
Must have the ability to analyze, reason and make decisions independently.
Must possess the ability to learn and retain new skills.
