Customer provisioning: Serve as the point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance
Process and release management: Must be willing to provide phone and remote support
User support: Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support
Documentation management Record events and problems and their resolution in ticketing system
Strong understanding of systems, platforms, software: Maintenance and support of existing applications and infrastructure
Perform physical inventory, hardware repair, equipment delivery, testing and deployment
Participate in after hours and 24/7 emergency support rotation queue
Experience in identifying and making recommendations for improvements on procedures
Keep your team aware of new issues that arise

Required Skills and Experience
High School Diploma or General Education Degree with additional coursework in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
Excellent Problem solving and communication skills
Business skills
Ability to manage projects
Server configuration
Experience with cloud service provider (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.)
Strong attention to detail
Understanding of computer and connected systems, mobile devices and other tech products
Ability to diagnose and resolve intermediate technical issues

Physical Requirements

Frequently required to sit and stand
Occasionally required to stoop, kneel and crouch
Required to use hands to handle or feel objects, tools or controls
Frequently required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
Occasional use of a ladder or other lift device

Preferred Skills and Experience
Degree from an accredited Information Technology, Computer Science or related program
2-5 years of experience
CompTIA A+
CompTIA Network+
