The Oracle Cloud ERP Integration Analyst will be familiar with PaaS, using Oracle SOA Cloud and/or Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), to work within the Business Application support group. The integration specialist will be responsible for developing and administering our integration/middleware platform supporting integration points between various disparate system and our core future state Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP solution.

Ability to design and implement integration components between enterprise systems
Design and provide hands on development of cloud based and enterprise integrations, leveraging APO frameworks
Work closely with internal and external partners to gather requirements and design complex data integration solutions
Translate business processes and requirements into technical integrations requirements and design
Work and partner on other key initiatives including Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation, business intelligence/analytics reporting solutions
Advanced understanding of Oracle PaaS offerings and architecture
Ability to leverage pre-built integrations, cloud adapters, connections, SaaS applications
Proven ability to develop and optimize integrated business process technical solutions across disparate systems
Experience in a variety of technologies, including but not limited to : relational databases, web services (SOAP, REST, WSDL, XML and other API standards), API-driven design, messaging patterns and application development best practices
Provide deep technical expertise in integration architecture design, solutions selection and implementation and continuous technical improvement
Development experience including end to end implementation lifecycle to include requirements analysis, configuration, design, build, testing, and go live stages
Highly organized and detail oriented; adaptable to projects and changes quickly with a can-do attitude
Ability to lead and facilitate meetings to bring disparate skill sets and viewpoints together to solve problems
Business analyst experience such as gathering requirements, designing business processes, documenting processes, unit testing, facilitating design meetings with users
Demonstrated ability to ‘dig-in’ and solve problems with minimal background information
Demonstrated ability to lead small initiatives and provide oversight to team participants
Functional and configuration hands on experience
Excellent communication skills (written /verbal) with emphasis on demonstrated ability to convey complex technical principals to non-technical audiences
Hands on experience with implementation, configuration, or support of Oracle ERP solutions software
Successful candidates must be able to work in a collaborative and teamwork driven environment
Ability to self-manage on asks and mini-projects or improvement efforts
Ability to translate complex technical information across all levels of the organization
Excellent in team leadership and team based problem solving skills
Must have excellent initiative, organization and customer service skills
Proficient in analyzing requirements, resource estimation and allocation
Proficient in IT general controls as they relate to system management administration

The ideal candidate will preferably have a Masters in Business, Computer Science, or related field of study; experience with BI / Analytic, ERP, AWS, Cloud experience and at least one end to end cloud SaaS /PaaS implementation project preferred as well as ITIL, PMP, Oracle Certifications. #LI-KB2 IND1

Minimum Requirements:

5+ years hands on technical experience with integration /middleware platform in iPaaS focused on either Oracle SOA Cloud and/or Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

*Requires hands-on experience working with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS), Oracle Process Cloud Service (PCS), Oracle SOA Cloud Service (SOA CS), Oracle BPM 11g/ 12c Suite, and/or Oracle SOA Suite 11g/ 12c Suite (Service Bus, BPEL, BAM).
