Qualifications
Requires BA/BS degree in related field or technical institute training; 5 years of progressively responsible IT development experience including at least 2 years of Pega Systems, PRPC (Pega Rules Process Commander) development experience; (OR) Masters degree and 3 years of IT development experience, including at least 1 year of Pega Systems, PRPC (Pega Rules Process Commander) development experience (experience earned before or after Master’s degree is acceptable).
Incumbent should also have the ability to mentor others, lead multiple small projects and provide troubleshooting support.
Multi dimensional required.
Multi database and/or multi language preferred.

Technical Requirements:
Extensive experience in design, development and deployment of Pega PRPC and Java/J2EE technologies.
Experience in the installation of PRPC V6.1 SP2 or higher & CPMHC framework.
Working knowledge of Voice Response Unit Computer Telephony Interface (CTI) application.
Experience in Pega Integration with IVR and Telecom systems.
Experience in the following languages required: Pega PRPC, Java, HTML, Java Script, C#, ASP.Net, XML, SQL and UML.
Experience with Visual Studio .Net, Query Analyzer and SVN tools.
Solid understanding of the following web technologies: JSP, Web Services, TCP/IP Programming.
Experience with Oracle 10g/9i & MS SQL Server 2005, 2008 or higher databases.
Comprehensive knowledge of core IT apps, systems and interrelationship among them.
Demonstrate extensive knowledge of analysis techniques and standards and set analysis standards.
Able to identify root causes of problems. Demonstrate the ability to develop & implement solutions for the causes identified.
Understand & consider the relationship between processes & data structures.
Demonstrates thought leadership in a development discipline or toolset.
Demonstrate a moderate to comprehensive understanding of supported applications & all interdependencies (OS, network, server, workstations etc).
Demonstrate knowledge of the strategic alignment of IT solutions with business objectives.
Experience with Windows 2000/2003/XP/7 & Windows NT operating systems.
