Our Global Technology Operations Process Management team is adding a Practice Lead-Monitoring. The core focus of this team is to increase effectiveness of people and technology through governance, operational control and continuous improvement. The core focus of the role of the Practice Lead is to deploy a solution that addresses tool consolidation and scalability, optimize performance of critical applications and eliminate technical disruptions.

Additionally:
• Develop and execute a strategy for standardizing and assuring the quality of monitoring solutions
• Process and policy development, implementing, measuring and continuously improving the monitoring solution
• Collaborate across technical teams
• Define Key Performance Indicators
• Review and address technical debt within the monitoring toolset, prioritize remediation and create business case highlight savings
• Participate in PIs
• Develop and maintain Integration Playbook and other like administrative duties
• Maintain a cadence with product and service owners to review plans that ensure solution alignment
• Develop internal briefings and presentations to highlight strategic work and program effectiveness
