We currently have an opening in our Clarksburg MD office for a Radar Systems Engineer.

Key contributor in naval radar projects:
•Provide technical expertise in the analysis of radar performance to requirement
•Provide technical expertise in the radar sensor integration with naval Combat Management Systems
•Provide technical expertise in the production methodologies for naval radars
•Provide technical leadership on shipboard installation and testing of naval radar systems
•Provide technical training in the operations of naval radars
•Provide technical leadership to evaluate competing technical solutions
•Provides technical assistance in developing proposals and bids
•Provides technical guidance and support to junior level engineers


To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to contribute effectively to assigned projects. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

•Minimum BSCS, BSCE or BSEE
•8 years or more of experience in Radar Engineering
•Possesses knowledge of practical and theoretical radar designs
•Significant experience with naval radar integration with shipboard systems
•Proven experience working on naval radar systems
•Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Fluent in English
•Focus on continuous improvement and innovation
•USA Citizenship is required. The applicant selected may be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
•Position will be based in Clarksburg, MD
