Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Gather requirements and analyze existing SharePoint environment
Identify functional gaps and deltas
Analyze any unused features/sites in existing environment
Create list of customizations and settings that need manual move
Group sites by complexity and functionality
Prepare functional requirement specification
Develop strategy for migrating SharePoint 2010 to SharePoint 2016
Prepare architectural topology diagrams
Design fault tolerant SharePoint environment
Support and manage the SharePoint environment to include
Upgrade from SharePoint 2010 to SharePoint 2016
Migrate data from SharePoint 2010 to SharePoint 2016
Install and configure custom SharePoint applications using manufacture provided documentation
Create customized pages and Web Parts, design forms, build workflows and page views, write code to enhance usability of the platform
Configure search scopes
Document library and list setup and customization
Perform other duties within scope as assigned
Validate IA measures and create test scripts
Proof of concept for migration
Make recommendations for performance and design improvements
Train business stakeholders
Deploy engineered solutions
Training for IT support staff
Bachelor degree with 7-9 years of relevant experience or equivalent experience
At least 3 years hands-on SharePoint Development experience creating SharePoint features and solutions including web parts, master pages, custom page layouts, content types, workflows, and site templates
3 years of experience supporting/administering SharePoint on premise and/or Online
3 years of experience supporting/administering MS SQL Server
5 years of experience with Microsoft Windows Server and MS Office
Must be able to gather and translate user requirements to technical solutions and implement those requirements
Maintain DoD 8570.1-M compliance for IAT Level II with a computing environment certificate focus on Windows technology or VMware technology
Valid US Drivers license
Security clearance requirements:
US Citizenship and Top Secret clearance required
