Manage personnel actions related to contract personnel. This includes travel, pay, human resources, benefits, in/out processing, security badges/tokens, and training processes. Additionally, the coordinator will assist project managers with providing and planning resources for projects. This includes forecasting and budgeting resources.
Must be knowledgeable of financial and project management functions. Develops budgets and work schedules according to project requirements. Responsible for cost estimation and control. Monitors project progress and makes adjustments as needed. Coordinates interdepartmental participation to meet project requirements. Maintains lines of communication among project team members. May be responsible for risk management. Must be available to address the needs of the project effort.
In-process and out-process personnell.
Arrange travel; to include international travel, visas, and passports.
Manage special credentials to include information technology access tokens and security badges.
Prepare manage contract meeting briefs and notes.
Prepare budget and manpower reports.
Responsible for addressing employee and work-related issues relevant to the project effort.
Arranges logistics for meetings, conferences, training, and other project-related events.
Organizes project committee meetings and prepares the necessary materials, including reports, presentations, agendas and other meeting collateral.
Transcribes and records key decisions and action items resulting from meetings.
Must be capable of performing various financial analytics including forecasting and variance analysis
Gathers, compiles and reports on information relevant to the project.
Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance. Please be aware that this position requires a security clearance, or the ability to obtain one. Security clearances may only be granted to U.S citizens. In addition, applicants who accept a conditional offer of employment may be subject to government security investigation(s) and must meet the eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Associates Degree. (5 years military experience as an administrator can substitute for the Associates degree).
Must have 5 years’ experience performing office administrative duties.
