Strong leadership skills
Current licensed Part 107 Pilot with 2+ years of drone experience flying multiple DJI
aircraft on real world assets (other aircraft/sensors are bonus)
Over 250 hours of flight time, ~1000 flights (DJI logs/Logbook required)
Knowledge of the drone industry and familiar with leading market products
Familiar with advanced photogrammetry, image processing, and GIS tools
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Experience working with developers to help them pinpoint defects at the code level (references required)
Fly test builds from developers
Write detailed flight testing feedback to help developers isolate and fix issues
Analyze assets to conform to in-house quality procedures, standards and specifications
Act as a catalyst for change and improvement in performance and quality of our capture solution
Supervise and guide technicians
Investigate and set standards for quality
Write technical reports and mission summaries based on test flights
Determine training needs and track implementation
Record, scrutinize and distribute statistical information
Monitor all operations that affect quality
Apprise customer requirements and assure needs are being met
Assure the reliability and consistency of production by checking processes and final output
Responsible for document management systems
Review the implementation of quality and inspection techniques
