Database: PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, Redis

What you’ll be doing:
Understand the application, then design, develop, debug and execute automated tests at all levels
Build, maintain and execute UI and API automated tests in a Continuous Integration platform like Jenkins
Help create automation ‘best-practices’ and standards to allow for easier collaboration in the automation team and increase the quality of the automation code
What you’ll bring:
Bsc in Computer Science or related field preferred
You are comfortable developing your own automation frameworks or using existing testing frameworks
Know how to write scalable test scripts and code
Have experience with browser developers’ tools (Chrome or Firefox)
Experience with Web applications testing with tools like Selenium
Understanding of RESTful services (status codes, operation types, payload formats)
code reviews and version control (preference for git)
experience with performance testing (load test, stress test, crash test, bandwidth usage, etc.)
Nice to have:
Web app testing on mobile platforms
experience with security testing (database robustness, script injection, command replay, etc.)
Knowledge of accessibility and screen readers
Might be in a stationary position for a considerable time (sitting and/or standing)
The person in this position needs to move about inside office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer
Must be able to collaborate with colleagues via face to face, conference calls, and online meetings
