Key points: Salesforce Admin role we are looking for experience with Sales, Service, and Community Clouds. Must have the ability to implement process and procedures for a SalesForce platform.
At least 4 years of experience working in a Salesforce Administrator or SFDC Developer
Detailed experience with CRM reporting and analytics
Experience with Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and Community Cloud and proficient in Lightning Platform and capabilities
Either already Salesforce Certified (preferred) or has a drive to achieve required certifications
Strong knowledge of Salesforce.com including workflows, triggers, reporting, general design concepts and overall approach of Salesforce.com as a CRM platform
Knowledge of SFDC custom development and visual force code is a plus
In-depth understanding of data model and application development

Understands all aspects of Salesforce configuration and technical/functional capabilities, including all changes and potential system implications related to the Salesforce release upgrades
Communicates regularly with the Salesforce business owners, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure functionality meets team needs
Understand Sandbox architecture and Salesforce application release management
Maintains high-level familiarity with other IT system/business application capabilities and scope definition to make recommendations about potential integration
Collaborate with Product Owner to help deliver business backlog
Strives to achieve a high config, low coding standard
Analyze, prototype and help drive the adoption of new features
Able to manage security settings and conduct regular security/configuration audits
Able to manage all new user set-ups and deactivation, including transferring ownership of accounts/contacts/opportunities for deactivated users
Regularly audits data to uncover data integrity issues and opportunities for process improvement
Maintains updated system documentation and Salesforce policies/procedures
Develop and maintain naming conventions of picklists, report folders, dashboards, etc. to improve system usability
Performs manual or automated data entry/data clean-up as required
Creating and managing email and mail merge templates
Creating and modifying list views
Creating custom fields and modifying picklist values
Proficient in end-to-end software development methodology, agile methodology
Proficient understanding of relational database concepts
Ability to analyze business processes, design process improvements, and train business users
Ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies
Ability to work independently & on multiple projects against deadlines
Solid teamwork skills – works well with a diverse team
Execution minded – someone who makes and keeps commitments
