This person is the key solution architect for all Order Fulfilment, Supply Chain and Compliance/Quality applications and processes, such as: manufacturing (discrete and process), production planning, direct procurement, quality management, warehouse management, logistics, environmental health and safety, etc.
Relationship Management: Develops and maintains relationships with senior leaders and executives in the organization. Understands key business strategies and serves as a chief advisor regarding IT technology and solutions.

Partner Management: Manages consulting partners in the investigation of technology alternatives and delivery of solutions.

Project Management: Manages or oversees the delivery of key IT programs and initiatives.

IT Technology knowledge: Demonstrated functional proficiency with the SAP MM, PP, PM, QM, APO, EHS and other related modules. Deep knowledge and experience in Purchasing, Inventory Management, MRP, ATP, Production Planning, Reach and RoHS, and GxP compliance. Expert in design, configuration, testing, and debugging of SAP order fulfillment, supply chain, and quality modules. Solid understanding of the integration points between these modules and other parts of the SAP business application landscape, such as Sales & Distribution, Finance, Controlling, and middleware. Demonstrated ability to learn and apply new technologies to meet the changing needs of the business. Experience across multiple ERP/CRM platforms preferred. Experience integrating SAP platforms and components with non-SAP platforms and third-party tools.
Mergers and Acquisitions: Proven track record of successful mergers and acquisition projects. Deep experience and strong methodology in fit/gap analysis, business transformation, management of change, and all that is involved in acquisition integration projects.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate complex and sometimes conflicting business goals and objectives into IT strategies and plans, demonstrating good judgment and financial acumen.
Leadership: Ability to establish a clear vision and direction for the organization. Demonstrates courage to make difficult decisions; ability to align an organization and drive for results. Communicates and actively models the development of appropriate technical and leadership capabilities at all levels in the organization. A key differentiator will be candidates with experience leading people in complex, outsourced, global environments.

Global Experience: Extensive experience working as part of a global, virtual team in a multinational company. Experience working abroad preferred.
Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, mathematics or equivalent combination of education and experience. Masters degree preferred. Overall work experience 10-12+ years in IT or related technology domain with 5+ years of strong leadership experience.
