Job Description
Position: Security DevOps Engineer
Location: Washington DC (metro accessible)
Duration: 4 Month Contract with possible extension

The Security DevOps Engineer will be responsible for the installation, documentation and ongoing support of open source scanning tool, Sonatype. They will also review findings, and provide feedback to applications. This individual must be able to perform analysis of source code review reports. They must have demonstrated experience writing Python script. They will be responsible for keeping up to date with the latest testing and ethical hacking methodologies. They must have a strong understanding of OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities. They must also have a strong understanding of enterprise level scanners, such as IBM AppScan and BURP Suite Pro.

Qualified candidate will have experience with security automation and Azure DevOps.


Academic/professional training to at least a Bachelor’s Degree or its international equivalent, preferably in Computer Science, or Computer Engineering
Possession of industry certifications highly preferred including, but not limited to, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Global Information Assurance Certification (GIAC), Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional (CSSLP), and Information Systems Security Management Professional (ISSMP)
