Senior Analyst – Distribution Field Office Support

In this position, you will provide technology support for 60 plus field offices throughout the United States. Key areas of support include:
• Network Operations
• VoIP Phone Support
• Network Printer Support
• Web Meeting Tool Support

Must be able to identify and analyze common problem areas and recommend improvements to the appropriate functional area to more effectively meet the business' needs.
Provide comprehensive, high level technical expertise in the resolution and management of the most complex technology and system problems.
The ideal candidate should be able to, troubleshoot and resolve complex problems and escalate to vendors when appropriate.
Communicate problem status to management and customers
May assist, train and coach junior staff.
Provide end-user training
Perform other duties as assigned or requested.
Skilled in one or more technology specialties:
• Cisco Meraki Dashboard
• IP addressing, DNS, and DHCP
• HP’s WebJet Admin
• Verizon’s Virtual Communications Express Admin Portal
• WebEx online meetings
• Service Now

The Ideal Candidate will have:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology preferred.
3-5 years of progressive relevant information technology experience with 2 years specific remote office support.
