The Role
Building and innovating on multiple 4-star plus mobile apps with over 200K MAUs is no small feat! Our Mobile team is charged with understanding trends in the market, needs of our user base and translating those into delightful mobile experiences that unlock growth in our core business.

In this role you’ll lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers and analysts to deliver the world’s best mobile experience across a portfolio of mobile apps for online and offline response collection, survey administration and uncovering insights. You’ll have end-to-end ownership of a portfolio of mobile apps and experiences, build the roadmap and be responsible for product strategy and execution to accelerate our mobile growth.

We are looking for an experienced, customer-focused, data-driven, collaborative product manager with experience in mobile app development who can prioritize across multiple initiatives and partner with a large cross-functional team to deliver out-sized business and customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Define the product strategy and build the prioritized roadmap for SurveyMonkey apps in support of key business outcomes
Cultivate customer empathy and develop deep insights into customer needs and how our products can help them achieve better outcomes
Conduct market & user research, identify industry trends, provide competitive analysis
Develop detailed product requirements, roll-out plans and help build effective GTM (go to market) plans for your products
Work with a cross-functional team of passionate engineers, data scientists, marketers, and product designers through iterative releases
Drive concept-to-launch execution of key features
Define and conduct experiments to test out different hypothesis
Actively seek out and analyze data (qualitative and quantitative) to validate assumptions and make better product decisions
Desired Skills and Experience
4+ years experience in Product Management at a technology company.
2+ years experience in leading mobile products
Demonstrated success defining and shipping amazing products in an iterative manner, with a hands-on willingness to do whatever it takes from an execution perspective
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and successfully handle ambiguity
Deep user empathy and ability to advocate for new features with both qualitative and quantitative reasoning
Strong business judgement and decision making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, make tradeoffs and get alignment around highest impact initiatives
Problem solver with excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences
Bachelor or Master degree in quantitative or engineering related field
