SIGINT Operator:

Required Security Clearance: TS/SCI and CI Polygraph (Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information and a Counterintelligence Polygraph within last 6 years)

Required Experience & Qualifications
10 years of A-ISR SIGINT experience:
Of which at least 8 years included hands-on experience operating and employing aerial, remote, or operational SIGINT sensors providing near real-time support to ISR operations in a government and/or military organization
Of which at least 4 years included experience performing SIGINT analysis and/or SIGINT geo-spatial metadata analysis or at least 4 years of experience in performing automated traffic analytic processes that support global multi-mode target development, indications & warnings (I&W), and intelligence reporting
Experience and proficiency utilizing digital mapping tools and Graphical User Interfaces (GUIs)

This is a 24/7 operation and shift work is required.

Ops Tech Alliance (OTA) offers medical, dental, and vision coverage to full-time employees and their dependents on their date of hire.
Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA): Ops Tech Alliance contributes towards your annual deductible using Connect Your Care a Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA). OTA will contribute $1,000 for individual coverage and $3,000 for individual + dependent coverage deductible expenses.

Flexible Spending Plan: Full time employees are eligible to participate in the FSA plan the first of the month following date of hire by making pre-tax contributions to pay for medical or dependent care expenses. Employees may contribute up to $2,650 towards medical expenses and $5,000 dependent care expenses.

can go in or out of network; significant savings for using in-network providers.
• 80% Employee Only Rate – Your Portion is 20%
• 45% Dependent Tier Rate – Your Portion is 55%

Life Insurance:
OTA provides full-time employees with life and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance through Principal. Eligible employees receive a guaranteed issue of $50,000 of life and AD&D insurance. Life and AD&D insurance of two (2) times your annual base salary, up to a maximum of $300,000, is available with the completion of a health assessment. Premiums
are fully paid by OTA.

Short-Term Disability:
Short-term disability (STD) coverage is provided through Principal for all full-time employees.

401(k) Plan:
OTA provides a Flexible 401(k) plan for all employees to assist with planning for their retirement. Employees are auto-enrolled 30 days after hired to defer a percentage of their income into the 401(k) plan prior to taxes. OTA matches 3.5% of your salary at 6% or higher of employee contribution. Roth 401(k) and roll over from previous plans are allowed. OTA also has a discretionary Profit-Sharing plan in place to add additional contributions to your 401 (k) every year.

Financial Advisor:
OTA pays for the support of a financial advisor for all company employees.
Educational Benefit. OTA contributes to the continuing education of regular full-time employees with their Educational Benefit program. Regular full-time employees who have been employed in good standing for one year are eligible to receive up to $1,500 in tuition assistance annually for approved undergraduate
or graduate coursework that applies to their current position with OTA. Prior approval is required.

College Tuition Benefit:
This is an additional free benefit offered to our Guardian Plan participants. Participants earn Tuition Rewards annually. Rewards can be given to children, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and Godchildren. Rewards increase each year and participants keep them forever.

Holidays:
OTA officially recognizes ten (10) holidays each year. New Year’s Day, Martin
Luther King Jr. Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans’ Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
