MUST HAVE SKILLS:
Business Analyst with at least 3-5 years experience on ServiceNow platform.
ITIL certification (practitioner level preferred).
In depth knowledge of Asset Management and CMDB and workflow desired.
Strong communication (oral and written) skills; the ability to listen effectively, react appropriately to feedback and construct an effective working environment.
Ability to persuade, influence and effectively embrace client and stakeholder relationships.
