• Work as a full-stack developer using technologies in the Microsoft stack
• Work with analysts, developers and users to design, build and maintain software solutions
• Work as a back-end developer using:
o ASP.NET Standard/Core (C#)
o ASP.NET MVC/WebAPI & WCF (C#)
o Entity Framework & Dapper
o SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS & SSAS
• Work as a front-end developer using:
o CSS3 and extension frameworks (LESS, SASS, etc.)
o 3rd party libraries such as: Telerik Kendo UI, Bootstrap & JQuery
• Post-secondary education in Computer Science or similar, or equivalent work experience
• Solid development experience: Back-end and Database (5+ years), front-end (3+ years)
• Demonstrated experience with proven success in:
o Creating rich user interfaces
o Building and consuming RESTful APIs
o Designing and managing enterprise-scale relational databases
o Writing and tuning SQL queries, stored procedures, and user-defined functions
• Ability to communicate professionally in English (written & verbal)
• Desire to learn and explore new technologies
Experience with any of the following are considered distinct assets:
• Native mobile app development (Android/iOS) and/or cross-platform (Xamarin)
• Configuring CB/CI/CD pipelines
• Cloud technologies (Azure/AWS/Google)
• Building real-time streaming data pipelines
• Building data lakes, data warehouses, data marts, cubes
• Interactive data visualization tools
