At 3Sixty, we’re on a mission to evolve and transform travel retail through disruption and improvement. We need talented, passionate, and energetic people to make this happen. We are looking to add a Level 3 IT Support Technician to our team.
You will be will working very closely with our I.T. Manager and other support team members providing logistical support, responding to queries, documenting changes, and assisting with testing, assessment, diagnosis and resolution of network service outages and incidents. You will also be involved in maintaining network systems, configuring devices, enabling services and responding to end user requests for network status information.
• Perform diagnostics of network issues, provides support for service desk staff
• Update and maintain network documentation, assign IP addresses, save device configurations
• Configure network devices for new deployments
• Configure replacement network devices from backup configuration files
• Assist with the administration and maintenance of IP based telephony systems such as provisioning handsets, setting up extensions, supporting user requests
• Assist in supporting network servers and internal corporate servers
• Assist in user desktop issues, help with computer software installation, solve email access and routing issues and assist with desktop backup and archiving.
This might be a job for you if you have…
• At least 3 years’ experience working as a Network Technician for a medium to large enterprise with complex technology environments.
• Advanced knowledge of computer networking and cabling infrastructure.
• Advanced knowledge of communication systems for data, voice, and video.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment to resolve issues and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision and under own initiative.
• Ability to write documentation and training materials.
• Self-motivated to learn and acquire new skills.
• Specifics: VMware, SonicWALL, Meraki, Office365, Kaseya, Acronis, Shadow Protect, Azure, Active Directory, Windows Server 2012 R2
