Veeva CRM / Salesforce consultant.
The overall purpose of the consultant role is to be responsible for supporting commercial technology platforms that includes primarily Force.com(Salesforce.com) , Veeva CRM, MDM, Middleware and Analytics. Essential functions and expectations from this role will be interacting with implementation partners, cross function technical teams to support enhancements, mid-scale projects ensuring e2e solution is being delivered efficiently.
This role must be capable of working in a rapidly changing work situations and possess complex problem solving skills.
Experience with both Agile and Waterfall implementation methodologies.
Lead Discovery and requirements refinement sessions to uncover customer’s business,
Functional and technological requirements
Experience in designing elegant, innovative SalesForce/Veeva solutions involving:
Configuration of SalesForce and Managed Packages, creation and refinement of complex data models, external integration, business process automation, and other custom functionality.
Ability to manage and support E2E solution delivery by working with cross-functional teams and business partners.
Iterate on solutions through a Build/Test/Review cycle with customer
Ability to learn company's business/working model quickly and act with minimal guidance
