Job Description:

Serve as subject matter expert for Workday HRIS, with ability to represent the functionality, logic, and user applicability with key stakeholders across the Bank
Effectively prioritize, escalate, and troubleshoot Production issues with emphasis on root cause analysis
Perform ongoing operational development and support
Lead collaborative efforts with various business partners, stakeholders and external partner resources
Participate in all aspects of system testing and execute configuration changes
Execute the full range of HRIS functions including business process, dashboard, and analytics configuration, creation of custom reports and calculated fields
Perform training, create documentation, and support implementation of new Workday modules
Drive business process mapping including requirements gathering, process analysis, system configuration, system tests, and procedures
Prioritize, create, and manage Roadmap for feature updates; identify and test enhancement opportunities for the biannual Workday Releases
Team with IT and HR to identify new strategies and procedures to increase efficiency, enhance workflows and improve customer satisfaction.
Work with HR Operations to develop job aides, training guides and FAQs to increase user adoption of systems; create and maintain standard operating procedures and internal documentation
Provide guidance and support knowledge transfer for activities with HR staff

Experience and expertise:

Strong understanding of HR Department business processes
Ability to build and modify custom Workday reports and calculated fields
Solid knowledge of principles, concepts, business processes and theories within HCM solutions with an ability to train and lead team members
Setup business process steps such as Action, Approval, Approval Chain, Checklist and the Security behind them
Knowledge of loading and troubleshooting EIBs
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience in partnering with vendors, business stakeholders, and IT in the implementation and Business as Usual support of HRIS
Ability to independently interact and collaborate with all levels of personnel
Experience in Change Management to ensure successful, and organized deployment and adoption
Ability to exercise integrity and discretion with highly confidential information
BA or BS required, preferably in a Computer Science, Business, or Technology discipline
Minimally 5 years of HRIS experience
Minimally 3 years of Workday experience in Global HCM
Knowledge to support the following in Workday:

Absence, Time Tracking
Talent Management, Succession Planning
Advanced Compensation
